Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient processes. 📍Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, train on best hiring practices, and develop tailored strategies. 📍Build and manage pipelines of top-tier talent, ensuring timely progress and visibility into hiring metrics. 📍Develop and work on employer branding initiatives.
What You Will Bring
📍7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years specializing in technical hiring & 2 years in crypto recruiting. 📍Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in competitive markets, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or tech startup ecosystems. 📍Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with strong skills in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates. 📍Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver a world-class candidate experience. 📍Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and prioritization are key.
