Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies šConduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit šUtilize various sourcing methods, including online platforms, networking, and referrals, to build a diverse and qualified candidate pipeline šManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding šEnsure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process šAssist in the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent šStay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition šCollaborate with HR partners to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization šMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) šProvide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field šProven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role šStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills šAbility to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
