📍Efficiently design, develop, optimize and maintain code that is both reusable and scalable, utilizing cutting-edge technologies with a focus on Node.js and AWS services; 📍Rigorously conduct code reviews to uphold code quality, enforce coding standards, and ensure that best practices are consistently followed; 📍Proactively participate in the planning and execution of software development projects, accurately estimating timelines and providing essential technical expertise; 📍Collaboratively work with the DevOps to set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, enhancing operational efficiency; 📍Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of backend services, addressing scalability and efficiency concerns as they arise; 📍Diligently stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, offering recommendations for improvements to the backend architecture; 📍Optionally contribute to the development and maintenance of frontend components using modern technologies such as React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, if applicable; 📍Supportively mentor or pair with less experienced developers and actively engage in knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a collaborative learning environment; 📍Timely and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving technical issues; 📍Fruitfully leading a project team of developers in an agile development environment, effectively collaborating with Product / Project Manager to manage all processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience; 📍Extensive proficiency in backend development using Node.js and experience with AWS services; 📍Solid experience with frontend technologies, including React.js, Next.js as well; 📍Proficient in a variety of Database Management Systems, including but not limited to SQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB; 📍Skilled in using version control systems, with a specific focus on Git proficiency; 📍Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices; 📍Proven knowledge of diverse programming languages such as Python, Go, Java etc. is an advantage; 📍Good communication, with the ability to understand business requirements and comfortably discuss ideas; 📍Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment and agile project setting; 📍Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery; 📍Demonstrated ability in mentoring and managing multiple projects simultaneously will set your application apart and give you a distinct advantage; 📍Last but not least, an eagerness to learn and a startup spirit at heart.
