đź“ŤEllipsis Labs is seeking a Product Designer to lead internal design efforts for our products in decentralized finance. As an early-stage startup, we value strong product thinking, ownership, and a bias towards moving quickly. In this role, you will: đź“ŤOwn the end-to-end user experience for our products, from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff đź“ŤCollaborate closely with engineers, founders, and users to shape product direction and interaction models đź“ŤTranslate complex trading mechanics and data into intuitive, performant user interfaces đź“ŤEstablish and maintain design standards and consistency across Phoenix and future products đź“ŤIncorporate feedback, user research, and usage data to inform continuous iteration đź“ŤOwn the company and product brand
Qualifications
Required đź“Ť2+ years of experience designing trading products, with a portfolio that demonstrates elegant solutions to complex interaction and data challenges đź“Ť attention to detail across both visual and interaction design đź“ŤAbility to work closely with engineers and understand implementation constraints đź“ŤHigh ownership mentality and a desire to make fast, informed product decisions đź“ŤPassion for decentralized finance and building in the open
