Job Summary
You will
📍Mentor engineers through code reviews and team discussions 📍Implement Infrastructure as code best practices 📍Evangelize and lead infrastructure automation culture with GitOps best practices 📍Create monitoring, alerting and dashboarding solutions 📍Build/deploy/maintain security controls, instrumentation, and detection infrastructure 📍Foster innovation while maintaining a high bar for quality, scale, and performance 📍Assist DevOps engineers through Pull Request reviews and collaborative design sessions 📍Have an influence across the entire engineering team, with correspondingly large impact to customers 📍Participate in the on-call rotation and help keeping it sustainable
Must have
📍5+ years experience as a SRE/Cloud engineer/DevOps role 📍Extensive knowledge of engineering processes, structural design, and system optimization 📍Be proficient with shell and programming languages used in a SRE context (bash, cron, python, javascript, golang, curl, grep, etc…) 📍Experience with GitOps and infrastructure as code (IaC) 📍Experience with infrastructure security and networking 📍Experience with incident management 📍Experience working with a highly collaborative team 📍Driven by business impact
