Job Summary

What you’ll do 👀

📍Work closely with product managers and developers to optimise various parts of the product through strategy and planning, measurement frameworks, reporting and (advanced) analysis. 📍Build robust data models downstream of backend services and external data sources. 📍Design, build and scale both internal and external data products, which drive informed decision making; examples include dashboards, reports, models, algorithms, integrations into other product lines. 📍Understand the product and business through data analysis; provide recommendations and insights to drive growth and progress. 📍Oversee and implement A/B tests and other experiments to drive forward optimization efforts. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Operations, Engineering, and others. 📍Collaborate with the finance team and the crypto engineering team to conduct investigations into areas such as issues with crypto delivery. 📍Communicate complex concepts and results to both technical and non-technical audiences (across different teams).

As a Senior you will be expected to:

📍Independently lead projects to from end-to-end 📍Mentor and coach other data analysts on the team, 📍Contribute to our overall approach and standards within the data discipline. 📍Be proactive in spearheading initiatives to support stakeholders and business partners around the organisation.

📍Advanced SQL, data modelling, and data visualization tools are second nature to you 📍You have a deep understanding of the fundamentals of statistics and probability, including experience in conducting large-scale A/B tests 📍You have experience working with product teams and/or within product-led organisations 📍You have the versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a very dynamic environment 📍You are experienced in communicating with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, engineers, VP & C-level executives 📍5+ years experience as a data analyst
