Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šBecome a specialist in Grayscaleās investment products: develop in-depth knowledge of the firmās products and investment capabilities, and stay current on the digital currency ecosystem. šPartner with sales and distribution experts to implement / execute sales initiatives that support client engagement, client analytics, and optimization of investor experience. šField inbound emails and calls from prospective and existing investors to answer questions about Grayscale products, including private placements, public quotations and ETFs. šDevelop and manage client feedback loops to optimize sales performance and Investor Relations. šAssist with general email outreach and communication to investors about Grayscale products and content, and track related KPIs. šBuild, maintain, and enhance platforms, databases, and reports on current and prospective investor activity. šAttend conferences, and occasionally travel, to discuss Grayscaleās investment products with prospective and existing investors. šBuild and deliver presentations and other material to clients highlighting Grayscale value proposition. šSupport Grayscale investor education initiatives on digital currency.
Prior Experience/Requirements:
šBachelor's degree with strong academic achievement š4-8 years of experience in selling financial products, as well as strong skills and experience in the development of investor messaging and product value propositions šStrong customer service mentality šStrong market knowledge of the global asset management industry, client segments, and investment product, regulatory, and industry trends šStrong interest in digital currencies and assets, blockchain technology, and related concepts šAbility to communicate clearly with any investor, to be an excellent educator, and to provide best-in-class investor experience šAbility to work effectively on a team ā someone who is collaborative, flexible and adaptable, reliable and humble with a strong ācan do attitudeā šPreferred, prior experience with Salesforce or another CRM to track and monitor sales efforts šPassion for educating customers on new financial products through sales channels šSeries 7 & 66 Licenses
