Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and lead the implementation of policy strategies and initiatives related to cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. šEngage with legislators, regulators, and other stakeholders to advocate for favorable policies that promote innovation and security in the blockchain space. šMonitor global regulatory developments and trends in cryptocurrency to proactively adapt company strategies. šProvide expert advice and policy recommendations to senior management on matters related to cryptocurrency regulation. šCollaborate with legal, compliance, and technical teams to ensure that our products and services comply with applicable laws and regulations. šRepresent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and public hearings.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. šMinimum of 5 years of experience in policy development, legislative affairs, or regulatory compliance, with a specific focus on cryptocurrency or financial technologies. šStrong understanding of the blockchain technology ecosystem and related regulatory issues. šDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including government officials and industry leaders.
