Job Summary
What you will be working on
šForging strategic partnerships by identifying, negotiating, and securing alliances with key players in the industry, including cryptocurrency exchanges, digital wallets, gaming platforms, fintech organisations, and other pertinent entities. šUtilising established networks and relationships to orchestrate introductions and set up meetings with potential partners and clients, facilitating growth opportunities. šDesigning tailored business proposals and presentations to captivate and engage prospective partners, effectively communicating value propositions. šStaying on top of of the latest trends in the industry and proactively identify new market opportunities to fuel the company's expansion. šLeading negotiations, overcoming obstacles, and successfully closing deals, demonstrating resilience and strategic thinking. šTaking charge of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and maintaining exemplary standards in CRM practices, with a focus on utilising HubSpot for optimal efficiency. šCollaborating closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate and adhere to best practices, especially when engaging with new and emerging partner profiles. šContinuously updating and refining sales collateral and resources to enhance deal closures, ensuring materials are aligned with current strategies and market demands.

What you will bring
šA minimum of two years of experience within a cryptocurrency or web3-focused organization is required. šA minimum of five years of experience in sales or a closely related commercial role, demonstrating a strong understanding of full-sales cycle revenue generation. šProven track record of negotiating and closing large-scale B2B enterprise transactions valued at $100k or more, on a global scale. šSolid experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, technology, and marketing, to achieve business objectives. šIndependence: In our rapidly evolving environment, the ability to operate autonomously and with initiative is essential. We value team members who can navigate the fast pace without constant guidance. šResourcefulness: We seek individuals who approach problems with innovative solutions, viewing challenges as opportunities for growth and learning.
