Job Summary
What You'll Do
📍Design, iterate and optimize 3C’s systems and gameplay to provide high-quality, responsive and memorable experiences for our players in both single and multiplayer contexts 📍Work in partnership with cross-functional teams (art, animation, programming) from prototype to ship to post launch as needed on designs 📍Develop and present design intentions to the Game Director and relevant stakeholders 📍Provide concise and clear design documentation for cross-functional and production teams 📍Use iteration, playtests, and metrics to discover opportunities to strengthen and refine designs 📍Participate in design discussions and playtests
What You'll Need
📍5+ years of experience as a game designer 3 or more years as a 3C’s and/or combat designer 📍Experience designing and tuning 3D action gameplay in a shipped title 📍Significant experience working with an established game engine (Unity or Unreal) 📍Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, pitch, implement and iterate 3Cs and/or Combat game systems 📍Strong collaboration skills 📍High level of comfort working independently 📍Significant awareness of current trends in gameplay and game systems (3Cs and Combat) 📍Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Fluent in English
