What You'll Be Doing:

📍Lead the design, development, and scaling of payment solutions on the Aptos blockchain 📍Build and manage a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning 📍Partner with Product, BD, and other cross-functional teams to define the roadmap and deliver high-impact solutions 📍Define architecture, set technical direction, and ensure high code quality, reliability, and security standards 📍Drive execution and delivery, balancing short-term wins with long-term innovation 📍Stay current on the evolving Web3 and payments landscape, identifying opportunities for Aptos to lead and differentiate

What We're Looking For:

📍10+ years of experience in software engineering, including 4+ years managing engineering teams 📍Proven experience designing and building production-grade payments systems or fintech infrastructure 📍Strong technical background in backend systems, APIs, and distributed systems 📍Deep understanding of payment rails (e.g., ACH, wire, card networks, crypto) and global fintech ecosystems 📍Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments 📍Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
