Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Design and implement robust, high-performance connectivity solutions for multiple crypto exchanges 📍Drive excellence in execution and market data connectivity while balancing time to market and exchange reliability 📍Collaborate with trading teams to understand and meet their connectivity requirements 📍Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our exchange integration systems 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cryptocurrency exchange APIs and protocols 📍Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity issues in a fast-paced trading environment 📍Set team strategy, plan workloads and act as the conduit connecting business priorities with team outcomes
The ideal candidate will have
📍Extensive experience in software development (ideally gained in a top tier HFT firm), with a focus on order management and entry, or experience in market data will also be relevant for this role 📍Strong knowledge of exchange APIs, websockets, and low-latency communication protocols 📍Proficiency in relevant programming languages (C++ required, Python and Typescript beneficial) 📍Excellent leadership and team management skills
