Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Research the latest developments in the DeFi space to identify new market opportunities and partners 📍Work closely with our existing ecosystem partners to drive innovation for end users 📍Develop thought pieces on the future of DeFi to navigate future strategy 📍Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and insights, and actively contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous learning, driving the team towards achieving its strategic goals
What you’ll need
📍Excellent academic credentials 📍A deep understanding of DeFi and Crypto projects (e.g. Lido, Uniswap, AAVE, etc.) 📍A strong sense of the current state of regulation and a desire to stay abreast of the topic 📍An ability to deeply understand protocol/dApp mechanisms by interpreting solidity smart contracts 📍Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of working collaboratively in a team setting 📍Exceptional creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex operational challenges
