Job Summary
What You’ll Do;
📍Design, build, and own our data infrastructure: pipelines, warehouse, transformations, and documentation 📍Migrate away from legacy systems (e.g., PowerBI) and streamline analytics via Metabase 📍Structure the data stack to support AI query interfaces and self-serve reporting 📍Ensure data consistency, quality, and near real-time availability (aiming for 99% uptime) 📍Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership to translate business questions into usable dashboards and metrics 📍Prioritize and manage incoming data requests from across the company
What We’re Looking For;
📍Proven experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure 📍Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms. 📍Comfortable acting as a sole owner and driving from ambiguity to structured delivery 📍Experience working with internal stakeholders and turning requests into actionable data products 📍Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and hungry to deliver 📍Located in or near EU time zones
