What you'll do:

📍Support the day-to-day intake, triage, and resolution of a wide variety of operations requests, contributing to a responsive and high-quality experience for all stakeholders 📍Collaborate with the Operations team to continuously improve how incoming requests are tracked, prioritized, and executed—ensuring process efficiency and consistency 📍Participate in cross-functional initiatives such as device procurement, license management, vendor sourcing and vetting, system/tool implementations, and ad hoc purchases 📍Contribute to the development and upkeep of internal documentation (for Ops) and external-facing guides and resources to support other teams in navigating Ops processes 📍Help identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues, and recommend improvements in coordination with the broader team 📍Work alongside teammates to implement a more strategic and standardized approach to how the Ops function handles requests and executes projects 📍Provide hands-on support in operational project work, ensuring deliverables are completed with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to stakeholder needs 📍Partner with other team members to track metrics and patterns in requests, helping inform process refinement and resource planning

What you'll need:

📍7+ years of business operations, strategy, or management consulting experience 📍Proven track record of scaling operations, especially in a startup environment 📍Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities 📍Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities 📍Strong project management skills 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences 📍Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar) 📍Experience with operational tools like Notion, Monday, Salesforce, or similar platforms
