Your responsibilities will include:

📍Lead the development and execution of creative brand projects, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and identity. 📍Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver innovative design solutions for a variety of platforms, including web, product, motion, print, and social media. 📍Capture groundbreaking technical concepts and creatively translate them into relatable and clear visual pieces. 📍Develop and refine our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all visual communications. 📍Embody Aztec’s brand identity, always advocating for a delightful and consistent user experience throughout all branded outlets. 📍Maintain and contribute to a growing variety of design resources and templates. 📍Become a trusted partner for all-things Design for the entire Organization. 📍Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating design vision and rationale.

Qualifications:

📍7+ years of design experience, preferably in technology companies 📍Strong fundamental knowledge of formal design principles 📍A sharp eye for detail, and a refined taste for design 📍Experience taking initiative, working independently, managing stakeholders, and taking ownership of projects and timelines 📍A collaborative can-do attitude,paired with a hyper-organized mindset 📍Ability to take technical/complex concepts and explain them artfully and simply using design as a resource 📍Ability to produce clean, slick graphics and web layouts optimized around modern design standards for technology products 📍Experience creating and contributing to design > 📍Experience taking initiative, working independently to resolve issues, and taking ownership of projects 📍Experience collaborating with external contractors 📍Experience working in a fast-paced environment
