Job Summary
Responsibilities
šBe part of the IT infrastructure team that designs, provisions, maintains, monitors and supports our corporate IT šManage Microsoft O365 such as Entra, Sharepoint, Outlook, backups and Purview šAdminister, customise and provide support for Microsoft Cloud services, including Microsoft Entra ID (incorporating RBAC, SSO, and MFA), SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Dynamics 365 for Sales, and Business Central šManage end-user devices, MS defender and the office IT infrastructure šBe responsible for the relevant corporate IT processes including user and identity management, proper onboarding and offboarding of users and integration with corporate IT tools šCollect and process requests from internal customers, and take on responsibility within day-to-day office IT support šContribute to regular briefings for updates on internal and external projects in corporate IT šTake on first line of defence responsibilities in defining and performing monitoring tasks and KPI tracking
Requirements
šYou will be the go-to person in the office for all the general IT supports issues, but also work with the Cloud, SOC and CISO teams to help with related infrastructure coordination tasks šYou have several years of experience in support, using Microsoft technologies, including O365, Azure AD, and Intune šDesire to work in an inspiring, dynamic, and growing group šHave an IT security mindset and ensure proper security protocols are adhered to šUse your excellent troubleshooting skills to ensure dedicated support until resolutions to issues are found šYou are innovative, willing to learn, motivated, flexible, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment šYou are generally comfortable with an 80-100% English language working environment šYou are sociable, and able to communicate with people on all levels, and pride yourself on customer support and keeping a clean environment šYou have a passion for technology and have an interest in cloud and infrastructure
