Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop comprehensive business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability. šForecast and set annual sales objectives, including regional quotas, expected sales volume, and profit targets. šAssist Sales Leader and Sales Director in defining annual unit and gross profit goals by analyzing market trends and results. šBuild and maintain business development channels and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) partnerships to secure new projects and clients in the Local and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) sectors (excluding Korean and EVN projects). šMonitor and manage ongoing projects. šReport project status updates to the Sales Leader.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (e.g., Electrical equipment, Power Systems, Automation). šProficiency in English or Korean. šMinimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting for electrical systems. šStrong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, project management, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and leadership. šAbility to build and maintain professional relationships.
