Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
📍Provide comprehensive and timely Salesforce support to the Sales Team. 📍Act as primary Salesforce Administrator modifying objects to suit end users. 📍Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for users of Salesforce 📍Support the integration of new and existing systems into Salesforce 📍Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth workflows and processes 📍Build lead and revenue attribution models 📍Monitor quota attainment, and work with finance teams to track and reconcile commission plans 📍Create documentation for teams working out of Salesforce 📍Ensure data integrity and overall pipeline hygiene 📍Other CRM and backend infrastructure analysis and execution as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
📍Salesforce Admin experience 📍A relentless & optimistic attitude, dedication to detail, and passion for crypto finance 📍4+ years of experience in tech, startup or entrepreneurship (esp. strategy or product ownership), and or within investment banking or management consulting 📍Strong Analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills with Excel, and/or SQL. 📍Highly organized, and a systems thinker.
