Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
đź“ŤLead outbound and inbound sales within your region đź“ŤOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiations, and closing đź“ŤBuild relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and innovation teams in your accounts đź“ŤPartner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions đź“ŤEducate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (e.g., Travel Rule, VASPs) đź“ŤRepresent Notabene at industry events, webinars, and local conferences đź“ŤMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
Must Haves
đź“Ť4-6 years of sales experience in fintech or reg-tech đź“ŤFluency in Arabic and English đź“ŤStrong understanding of MENA financial regulations and compliance requirements đź“ŤBased in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or other major MENA financial hub
