Job Summary
What You'll Do
šCollaborate across our internal business and technology teams to drive the desired business outcomes for our customers šReaching out to new leads via various communication channels (including non-traditional channels such as Telegram, X, and other messaging platforms) and get them excited for an introductory call šEducating cryptocurrency companies about blockchain nodes and how to troubleshoot their infrastructure issues (We have plenty of resources to bring you up to speed) šContact, prospect, and qualify potential customers and partners through inbound and outbound sales efforts and campaigns šRefine and establish processes to support our businessās evolving needs šOwn, manage, and report using a CRM: ensure the system is up to date and that all relevant metrics are input šServe as an initial point of contact and ongoing relationship manager for customers šProvide customer feedback to the product and engineering teams and inform product development šWork with support and communicate with customers both pre and post-sales šRespond and communicate quickly with customers
What weāre looking for
šStrong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startup šDeep knowledge and passion for the crypto/blockchain industry šAn existing network / rolodex of crypto founders and projects in the APAC region šAn active presence on āCrypto Twitterā š2-4 years experience with inbound, outbound, and client-facing sales positioning SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS offerings šSkilled in prospecting techniques
