Job Summary
Responsibilities
šGenerate Leads: Proactively identify and engage institutional clients within the Americas, leveraging your knowledge of the crypto and blockchain industry. Use a strategic mix of outreach methodsāemail, cold calls, LinkedIn, and moreāto spark interest and open doors with key decision-makers. šQualify Prospects: Conduct insightful discovery conversations to understand client needs, evaluate their fit for our staking solutions, and determine their readiness to engage further. As the first point of contact, youāll set the tone for our brand and lay the foundation for successful client relationships. šSupport Sales Growth: Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies, optimize lead generation efforts, and ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to account executives. šTrack and Report: Maintain meticulous records of all activities in our CRM, providing regular updates on lead generation progress, pipeline health, and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
š1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors. šStrong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and institutional investment trends. šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage C-suite executives and institutional clients. šA proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet or exceed targets. šFamiliarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus, but a willingness to learn and master new systems is essential.
