Key Responsibilities:

📍Analyze business processes to identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. 📍Use advanced data analysis techniques to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies in large datasets. 📍Design and monitor dashboards to capture key risk metrics and ensure proactive management. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align risk strategies with overall business objectives. 📍Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in current processes and propose solutions. 📍Conduct detailed reviews of incidents and provide recommendations for process enhancements. 📍Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to inform strategy development.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field. 📍3+ years of experience in risk management, data analytics, or a related role (experience in financial services preferred) 📍Genuine interest in the business with the ability to quickly grasp complex processes and translate them into actionable insights. 📍Strong capability to identify nuances and ensure accuracy in both analysis and reporting. 📍Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or other analytical software. Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus. 📍Self-motivated with a high level of accountability for delivering high-quality work. 📍Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. 📍Prior experience in financial services, risk management, or fintech is an advantage.
