What You’ll Do

📍Design UX/UI experiences across Helium’s ecosystem tools like Builder App, Helium World, and other upcoming network products 📍Work closely with product, engineering, and community stakeholders to bring clarity and usability to data-dense interfaces 📍Create user flows, mockups, prototypes, and final assets using tools like Figma 📍Translate complex network and protocol concepts into intuitive visual design 📍Maintain and evolve design systems that support both technical and non-technical user experiences 📍Collaborate with the product team to shape the user journey from onboarding to long-term utility and exploration 📍Bonus: Explore motion or micro-interactions to improve navigation and feature discoverability

What We’re Looking For

📍4+ years of experience designing web or mobile tools, dashboards, or developer-centric products 📍A portfolio showcasing thoughtful interaction design, usability, and a strong sense of visual hierarchy 📍Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools 📍Comfort working in cross-functional teams and iterating quickly 📍Ability to understand technical constraints and translate them into design opportunities 📍Curiosity about decentralized technology, connectivity, or community-led networks 📍Bonus: Experience with data visualization or motion design
