Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
📍Design and implement monitor the risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines 📍Identify, assess, monitor, and report on various risks, including market, protocol, credit, counterparty, operational, and regulatory risks 📍Ensure that risk policies are effectively implemented and deviations are addressed in a timely manner 📍Manage treasury operations to ensure funding is available when and where is needed 📍Oversee relationships with banks, centralized exchanges, custodians, and OTC counterparties to ensure efficient and smooth operations 📍Lead the operational aspect of the due diligence process for partnerships and counterparties, ensuring thorough analysis and reporting 📍Provide comprehensive reporting on risk management and Treasury positioning to senior management
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
📍Must be willing to move to Cayman or already live in Cayman 📍5-7 years of relevant experience. 📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are an important plus. 📍Proven experience in designing and implementing risk management frameworks and treasury operations. 📍Excellent people and relationship management skills, particularly in managing external banking and counterparty relationships. 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report complex risk metrics and operational updates clearly. 📍Outstanding multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail, with the capability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
