What will you be doing?

📍Ensuring compliance with MFSA, FIAU and other applicable regulations; 📍Reporting to senior stakeholders on the effectiveness of compliance procedures, the provision and analysis of appropriate management Information, and regulatory updates relevant to the Company. 📍Assisting in compliance oversight of all activities outsourced to other entities. 📍Assisting in Risk management activities, including risk analysis and assessment. 📍Execution of a risk-based compliance monitoring programme (related to the Company’s operations), in line with regulatory guidelines and in conjunction with business and compliance departments in other parts of the eToro Group. 📍Monitoring the complaints handling and vulnerability processes and reviewing and reporting on root cause analysis. 📍Compliance oversight of financial promotions issued by the Company. 📍Carrying out of regular assessments of staff fitness and propriety, ensuring that all staff receive appropriate training. 📍Assisting in the documentation of internal controls, policies and procedures. 📍Create reports, summaries, presentations and process documents to display results; 📍Monitor external and internal data points that may affect the risk level; 📍Assisting in thematic and ad-hoc regulatory enquiries where required. 📍Ensuring that the Firm maintains accurate, detailed and up to date records across all areas of the Firm’s business.

REQUIREMENTS

📍Strong knowledge EMI/PSP/card issuing activities, knowledge of crypto assets and financial markets is an advantage. Must have worked in such environments previously. 📍 Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a relevant compliance and/or risk function within a comparable environment. 📍 Organized and articulate. 📍Ideally possess technical skills (Excel/VBA) to aid in the analysis of data. 📍 Be capable of showing an impressive track-record of having performed under similar situations in a fast-paced, multi-regulated, multi-asset environment. 📍 Knowledge and experience of Risk management and Compliance frameworks and best practice. 📍 Strong communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable communicating at all levels within the global eToro Group. 📍 Ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment.
