Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

đź“ŤSalesforce administration and insight generation support; ensure the Sales tech stack is capturing and showcasing data correctly to produce insights that drive the business forward đź“ŤBuilding reports in Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, and other systems to support business execution; work with GTM stakeholders to identify metrics and insights, ensuring the TaxBit tech stack is producing views with those metrics and insights đź“ŤEnsure data is captured, cleansed, enriched, and uploaded correctly; data is the foundation for all of our business insights đź“ŤNew account/prospect discovery to drive the growth of our business; keep tabs on the exciting, exploding Web3 space and ensure new entrants are being captured in Salesforce

Professional Qualifications

đź“Ť1-2 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, or other role involving analytical, critical-thinking, and data-oriented skill set đź“ŤFamiliarity with Salesforce user management, configuration, and reporting đź“ŤFamiliarity with sales technologies like Outreach, Gong.io, and Clari đź“ŤAbility to conduct desk research đź“ŤExperience with data cleansing and enrichment đź“ŤAbility to research solutions using Salesforce resources
