This is an incredible time to join the business as you will be joining a expanding Finance function based in Berlin and helping to build out finance processes and supporting company wide initiatives. Job Summary
About You:
📍A strong desire to automate and streamline releases 📍Proficiency in a programming language e.g. Rust 📍Experience owning a complex, federated release management process 📍Ability to articulate the purpose of release management, key outcomes, how to track them, and measure improvements 📍Skilled at communicating core release management principles—version control, risk management, traceability—to diverse stakeholders 📍Basic understanding of security processes and principles 📍Strong knowledge of CI tools 📍Proven experience in building effective automation
