Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
š Establish and nurture relationships with education consultants and agents to expand reach and student enrollment opportunities. š Lead relationship-building initiatives with academic institutions and corporate entities at a national and global level. šManage and mentor a team of regional partnership executives and relationship managers. šDesign and execute strategic plans for partner acquisition, engagement, and retention. šRepresent the organization in high-level meetings, conferences, summits, and networking events globally. š Develop and negotiate MoUs, partnership proposals, and business agreements šCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and placement teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals š Drive initiatives focused on student engagement, internship & placement collaborations, joint certifications, and talent pipeline development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
šMasterās degree in Business Administration, Global Relations, Marketing, or a related field šMinimum 7ā10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or institutional relations šProven experience managing cross-functional teams and regional operations šStrong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills šExceptional communication and presentation abilities šWillingness to travel extensively, both domestically and global
