Polygon Labs has initially developed a growing suite of protocols for developers to gain easy access to major scaling solutions, including layer 2s (zero-knowledge rollups and optimistic rollups), sidechains, hybrid chains, app-specific chains, enterprise chains, and data availability protocols. Scaling solutions that Polygon Labs initially developed have seen widespread adoption with tens of thousands of decentralized apps, unique addresses exceeding 225 million, over 1.2 million smart contracts created and 2.56 billion total transactions processed since inception. The existing Polygon network is home for some of the biggest Web3 projects, such as Aave, Uniswap, and OpenSea, and well-known enterprises, including Robinhood, Stripe and Adobe. Polygon Labs is carbon neutral with the goal of leading Web3 in becoming carbon negative.

šFull cycle recruiting of business & technology roles at all levels ā from intern to c-suite. šDevelop and deliver recruiting strategies for new and existing markets. šDeliver high-quality stakeholder experience across candidates, hiring managers, and within the talent acquisition team. šProactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels. šLeverage and develop your knowledge and experience within the Web3 ecosystem. šParticipate in cross-functional projects, aimed at improving talent acquisition across the business.
What youāll need- Preferred Qualifications
š3+ years of recruitment experience within an in-house environment, with an emphasis on hiring for non-technical Web3-related positions. šDeep knowledge and understanding of the Web3 industry. šAbility to source, screen, and close candidates, while delivering a first-class candidate experience. šProven experience utilizing and managing internal tooling and ATS (such as Lever and Notion). šAbility to partner with internal stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and updates.
