Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. šSource candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals. šConduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. šMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. š Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications
š Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. š10+ years of relevant experience. š Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and business positions; meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. š Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. šStrong passion and knowledge of crypto, blockchain, technology, and sales positions. šNaturally curious and eager to meet new potential team members.
