Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.

šŸ“Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential candidates. šŸ“Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring alignment with our job requirements. šŸ“Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to candidates, nurture relationships, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future positions. šŸ“Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent availability to provide insights and recommendations for sourcing strategies. šŸ“Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored sourcing strategies for each position. šŸ“Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in our hiring efforts, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and inclusive practices. šŸ“Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in our applicant tracking system and provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress. šŸ“Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process, including clear communication and timely follow-up.

Qualifications
