Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Owns the office administration tasks that ensure smooth & efficient day-to-day workplace operations. šŸ“Coverage of the reception desk, greeting of guests and directing them appropriately. šŸ“Manages the relationship with Building Office Management, and/or other related suppliers & vendors. šŸ“Monitors inventory around the office, and coordinates the timely ordering of related supplies. šŸ“Manages the related office expenses/procurement, reimbursement, and/or payments to suppliers & vendors. šŸ“Provides periodic budget and status reports for management review as requested. šŸ“Supports the organization of company events, including venue set-up if required. šŸ“Contributes to and/or supports other office-related projects and initiatives as reasonably requested. šŸ“Liaises with our appointed vendor in quarterly office cleaning during non business hours.

Requirements

šŸ“Minimum 3 years' experience as an Office or Administration Manager (or similar). šŸ“Demonstrates a high sense of responsibility and urgency when resolving issues and achieving results. šŸ“Energetic and dynamic, being able to reliably and autonomously operate as an individual contributor. šŸ“Strong time management skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic environment. šŸ“High level of attention to detail, ability to keep information organised and maintain confidentiality. šŸ“Proficiency in both written and spoken English. šŸ“Demonstrated proficiency with technological tools. šŸ“Familiarity working in a fast-paced environment.
