Job Summary

What does a day in the life of an HR Business Partner look like?

📍Administers behavioral interviews on all supervisory and managerial internal candidates and partners with the hiring manager on final hiring, transfer, and promotion decisions. 📍Facilitates and documents skip-level meetings, FGD, coffee sessions, HR Huddles, and NHO within Cluster 📍Conduct employee new hire orientation/training to foster a positive attitude towards organizational objectives 📍Conducts exit interview of resigning employee and prepare a monthly summary report of the same for the information and basis of action of management including RAG Tagging 📍Review disciplinary action of cases to erring employees. 📍Prepares the Monthly Suspension/Termination/Separation Report for submission to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). 📍Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes 📍Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implements changes necessary to cover risks 📍Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management 📍Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions 📍Builds a strong business relationship within Cluster 📍Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit and cluster. 📍Perform other duties as assigned

What are the required qualifications of an HR Business Partner?

📍Must have at least 1 year experience as an HR Practitioner – HR Specialist, HR Generalist or HR Officer 📍Holds a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related field or equivalent knowledge and understanding. 📍Exposure to Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards 📍Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with employees and suppliers at all levels. 📍Knowledgeable in any HRIS 📍Knowledgeable in MS and Google Office.
