What You'll Do

📍Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with QuickNode's vision and market opportunities in the Web3 and blockchain landscape. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features, enhancements, and integrations based on customer feedback, market research, and industry trends.Work closely with engineering, design, and business development teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria. 📍Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring intuitive workflows, seamless interactions, and delightful user experiences across all QuickNode offerings. 📍Monitor competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic decision-making and product innovation. 📍Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure product performance, track progress against goals, and drive continuous improvement. 📍Communicate product vision, progress updates, and feature releases to internal stakeholders, external partners, and the broader community through various channels. 📍Engage with customers, gather feedback, and advocate for their needs and pain points, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention. 📍Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and evangelist for QuickNode products, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups, and contributing thought leadership content.

What You'll Bring

📍Proven track record of 4+ years in product management roles, with a focus on DeFi, Web3, blockchain or related technologies. 📍Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, decentralized networks, smart contracts, and related protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin, Polkadot). 📍Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities, with proficiency in product analytics tools and methodologies. 📍Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. 📍Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and a passion for driving impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Experience with agile development methodologies, product management frameworks (e.g., Lean Startup, Design Thinking), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). 📍Prior experience in developer tools, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), or platform-as-a-service (PaaS) businesses is a plus.
