Job Summary
What you will be working on
šOur transaction processing flow, including supporting processes like refunds or manual transaction reviews by our operational teams šProcesses optimisation through re-engineering and automation - spanning from interactions with our users through background processing to tools used by agents in Operations šOptimisation of tooling for Operations, driving operational effectiveness and stellar experience for our customers šMonitoring of operational metrics, discovering opportunities & delivering solutions šDefine & monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure the impact of initiatives, and product success and make data-driven decisions šEngaging with key stakeholders executives, customers, and partners to gather feedback and build consensus on product direction and priorities šWorking directly with an agile, cross-functional product team involving designer & engineers šOwn delivery of Company OKRs as OKR Owner - driving broad programmes directly linked to company strategy
