Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
đź“ŤBachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field). Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred. đź“ŤProven experience (4+ years) in product management role or equivalent đź“ŤStrong analytical and problem-solving skills đź“ŤDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from conception to launch. đź“ŤExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams đź“ŤExperience with agile development methodologies and a track record of successful product deliveries đź“ŤExperience with data analysis and interpretation, including using metrics to inform product decisions and drive improvements. đź“ŤLeadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and develop more junior team members.
Preferred Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
đź“ŤProven product management experience with a focus on Bitcoin core software đź“ŤPrior experience in Bitcoin wallets, custody, payments, or network security. đź“ŤIn depth knowledge of the Bitcoin mining, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized computing
