Core responsibilities:

📍Lead the product discovery and definition process for a cross-functional squad consisting of engineers, data engineers, QA specialists, data intelligence analysts, and tech support personnel. 📍Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development. 📍Drive the development and execution of product deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 📍Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for innovation. 📍Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. 📍Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners. 📍Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement. 📍Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Previous experience needed:

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field; 📍3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors. 📍Strong understanding of trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain concepts. 📍Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization. 📍Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making. 📍Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment. 📍Familiarity and experience with defi trading or similar is a plus
