As a Product Manager on the team, you’ll get to:

📍Own the product strategy, roadmap and execution for the Wallet Service and Policy Engine, two of the main feature sets of our Enterprise Custody product. 📍Define product requirements for new wallet infrastructure and customer-facing policy features. Define goals and success metrics to evaluate the success of your product and develop hypotheses for achieving these goals. 📍Partner closely with and mobilize a dedicated engineering team to execute on the product roadmap to achieve your product strategy. Work closely with customers and stakeholders across Growth, Legal, Audit and Operations to develop a deep understanding of the problems we should be solving for our users. 📍Lean on your leadership and communication skills to drive action across technical, commercial and regulatory stakeholders. Your experience should include:

📍4+ years shipping products at a high-growth technology company, ideally in the B2B infrastructure or security software space 📍Demonstrated success getting buy-in from leadership teams on your product strategy and roadmap in written and verbal communication forums. 📍A demonstrated ability to make effective product prioritization decisions with imperfect information. 📍Demonstrated success partnering with both internal and external teams to collect and synthesize product feedback at all phases of the product life cycle. 📍Deep partnership with engineering and security teams on highly technical platform problems.
