📍Identify, assess, and implement new features to continuously elevate the Core product experience 📍Utilize client feedback and industry insights to drive iterative improvements to the Core product 📍Leverage data to uncover trends, analyze bottlenecks, and prioritize opportunities for enhancing client experience and platform capabilities 📍Collaborate closely with Engineering in identifying and prioritizing initiatives to improve performance, scalability and efficiency, and to continuously modernize our shared platform. 📍Lead cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand, seamlessly with other teams across the organization such as funding, onboarding and portfolio to continuously deliver thoughtfully integrated experiences 📍Contribute to and execute Core & Platform strategy: Play a crucial role in shaping the strategy for Kraken’s Core product and Platform caoabilities.

Skills you should HODL

📍3–5 years in Product Management, with 2+ years of expertise working on Core features or platform capabilities ideally within crypto/ financial services 📍Proven track record of analyzing issues and opportunities, identifying solutions and creating impactful features and capabilities 📍Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders in delivering against a roadmap 📍Proactive mindset, always looking for innovative, yet simple solutions to complex problems. 📍Experience in data gathering, quantitative analysis, and the ability to translate these into actionable insights
