Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals. 📍Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 📍Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. 📍Prioritize features based on market trends, user feedback, and business priorities. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data) to define product features and enhancements. 📍Conduct market analysis and stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Requirements
📍3+ years of product management experience, ideally in DeFi, crypto, fintech, or financial services. 📍Proven track record of delivering impactful products. 📍Entrepreneurial mindset with natural ownership abilities – you’re self-driven and feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions. 📍Highly analytical, with the ability to break down complex problems and drive data-informed decisions. 📍Strong communication skills, capable of articulating product vision and strategy to internal teams and external stakeholders. 📍Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup or an innovative, high-growth environment. 📍Knowledge in AI is a big plus. 📍Passion for DeFi, Web3, and the future of decentralized finance. 📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
