Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šCultivate a profound understanding of the customer experience, identifying product gaps and devising innovative solutions to bolster market share, enhance customer journey and fuel growth. šGarner support for the product vision internally and externally, cultivating strong relationships with key partners. šFormulate pricing and positioning strategies for products. šTranslate the product strategy into meticulous requirements and prototypes. šPrioritize and define product activities, considering their impact on the business and customers. šCollaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure swift time-to-market and resource optimization. šSpearhead product launches, coordinating efforts with the public relations team, executives, fellow product management colleagues. šAssess promotional plans to ensure alignment with the product line strategy and effective message conveyance. šChampion the product, serving as its evangelist to heighten awareness and comprehension. šRepresent the company by engaging with customers, seeking feedback on company products and services.
Requirements
šDemonstrated experience in product management or as an associate product manager. šA proven track record of successfully managing all facets of a product's lifecycle. šProficiency in devising product and marketing strategies, with an adeptness in articulating recommendations to executive leadership. šA solid technical background with hands-on experience or comprehension of software development and web technologies. šExceptional problem-solving abilities, coupled with a willingness to dive into tasks. šProficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams within a matrix organizational structure. šSuperb written and verbal communication skills. šPreferably, an MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
