Job Summary
Responsibilities
šStrategize and develop: Create and drive the product vision for innovative DAO governance (oSnap), and oracle productization; šCollaborate: Work with engineering, sales, and marketing to define and execute on the product strategy and drive integrations; šExecute to win: maintain alignment for the vision, allocate resources, and lead your team to launching and maintaining a demanded product at scale; šOwn product operations: establish the systems and processes to define clear priorities, report on progress, prevent/overcome stuck points, and maintain alignment; šDesign novel systems: architect novel smart contract systems and decentralized applications. Assessing feasibility, scope and timing throughout the team; šMake data driven decisions: Gather and evaluate product feedback and industry data to inform product strategy; šBecome an expert: Have the tenacity to develop all the knowledge and skills to be an expert in this space
Requirements
š5+ years full-time relatable experience in product management šTechnical background and proven ability to collaborate with engineers, sales, and marketing šSuccessfully built and shipped web2 or web3 products at scale šPassion for DeFi and web3 along with enthusiasm for understanding complex concepts
Compensation
šUMAās pay packages include competitive salaries & substantial token options.
