What You'll Be Doing:

📍Develop and manage the product roadmap for platform On-chain AML and compliance center product. 📍Work closely with stakeholders, including compliance、 legal、business、marketing teams, to ensure that our product meets all regulatory requirements and customer compliance standards. 📍Identify and analyze market trends and customer needs and drive product delivery 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to bring product enhancements to market. 📍Deeply understand the on-chain business, help the team to develop data compliance and business compliance programs, and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap to stakeholders (including senior leadership, regulators, and business customers) 📍Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.

What We Look For In You:

📍Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, business or engineering 📍Solid years of experience in product management, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements. 📍Deep understanding of the crypto industry and regulatory compliance, including experience with crypto license implementation and transaction monitoring. 📍Strong technical background and the ability to understand complex technical concepts. 📍Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. 📍Strong communication and leadership skills.
