Base is looking to hire an Associate Creative Director to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely anywhere in the United States. Base - A new Ethereum L2, incubated by Coinbase and built on the open-source OP Stack.
Job Summary
What youâll be doing
📍Represent design thinking with a user-centric perspective in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment 📍Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teammates to research and design effective solutions for onchain developers 📍Take new features from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to production 📍Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive 📍Participate in regular design reviews where youâll seek out specific feedback on your designs and incorporate relevant feedback 📍Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy
What we look for in you
📍3+ years of professional Product Design experience 📍Bachelor's degree in a related field 📍Contributions to at least one wallet or onchain app experience 📍Excellence in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication 📍Experience working in a collaborative environment with engineers, user researchers, and product teams 📍Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools 📍Low ego, collaborative, and open minded
