You’ll be:

📍Supporting the largest commercial transactions for our SaaS services with leading financial institutions globally; 📍Learning new technologies, products, and practice areas without much precedence; 📍Researching legal topics related to an evolving field; 📍Developing internal processes and developing technical operations for streamlining negotiations and improving efficiency; 📍Assisting in revising and updating agreements; 📍Assisting in reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating various contracts.

You’ll bring:

📍Interest in the technology sector, preferably with a focus on SaaS or Software offerings. 📍Demonstrated background in financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity, or crypto industry. 📍Experience or willingness to work as a team player who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to solve issues and work collaboratively to generate consensus across diverse points of view. 📍Fastidious attention to detail in both oral and written communications.
