Requirements
📍Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) 📍Ability to synthesize information and create clear summaries 📍Professional fluency in English 📍Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities 📍Basic understanding of HR, benefits, or compensation concepts 📍Experience working with data sets, conducting research, and drawing insights
