Job Summary
Main responsibilities of the role:
📍Design, implement, and maintain game services APIs and tools. 📍Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering (Frontend, UX, etc.) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment. 📍Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance. 📍Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. 📍Conduct architecture and code reviews within your team. 📍Lead, mentor, and review the work of other backend engineers. 📍Follow best practices, development processes, documentation, and coding standards.
REQUIREMENTS
📍Significant professional experience with NodeJS. 📍Mastering of Relational Databases (MySQL preferably). 📍Experience with NoSQL databases, such as Redis, DynamoDB, Elastic-Search, or similar. 📍Demonstrated capacity to turn functional requirements into technical solutions. 📍Experience with performance, scalability, and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems. 📍Effective communication skills. 📍Experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution. 📍Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong organizational skills.
