Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Support and provide guidance for variety of HR-related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle in accordance with existing process documentation and HR policies 📍Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience 📍Ensure accuracy/completeness of current and historical employee data (contracts, payroll, compensation/title changes) and own our HRIS 📍Review, update and maintain HR services documentations and processes with a focus on continued improvement 📍Develop, maintain, and update process documentation in the company handbook to enhance transparency and efficiency 📍Working on people and culture initiatives such as employee engagement learning and development, performance reviews, and more 📍Support other members of the team as required
What makes a good candidate
📍Must be located in the EMEA region 📍Relevant experience in (international) HR, people operations, global mobility or payroll in Germany 📍Experience building and implementing employee onboarding/offboarding, engagement programs, and employer branding 📍Proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills 📍Working knowledge of HRIS systems (ideally Hibob) 📍Understanding of German labor laws and employment regulations 📍Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks 📍A clear sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability for tasks 📍Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required in English and in German 📍A high level of discretion and confidentiality to handle confidential data
