Join us as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing technical service providers, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication between internal stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of Arbitrum, managing internal databases, and driving special initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our technical and DAO teams, contributing to multiple projects that shape the future of decentralized technology.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šTrack progress of work performed by the Arbitrum Foundation in relation to services requested by the ArbitrumDAO. šAs part of the Arbitrum Foundationās Governance Team, collaborate with other team members and the DAO community to optimize processes. šRepresent the Arbitrum Foundation and facilitate stakeholder discussions and gov calls. šWork with the Arbitrum Foundationās community team to amplify governance discussions and proposals to delegates, ensuring awareness. šPromote community engagement and participation for DAO-related activities. šMaintain up-to-date records of governance proposals, discussions, votes and decisions. šHelp the legal team with processes in relation to grant agreements, legal contracts and compliance tasks.
Qualifications
šPrior experience in coordinating operations for a decentralised autonomous organisation (DAO) or similar roles in the blockchain industry, šA good understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum, and Layer 2 scaling solutions (familiarity with Arbitrum is a plus), šStrong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail, šEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, for community engagement and coordination, šAbility to work independently, set goals, multi-task, and adapt quickly in a dynamic remote work environment.
